Garage cleanouts are priced by truckload volume. Single-bay or three-bay, we quote flat after a photo or walkthrough. We sort scrap from disposal as we go, but pricing is based on what comes out the door.
We beat the franchises on price, and we care a heck of a lot more about the work. Our minimum is $199 (a small pile of stuff or a single couch) and the price scales from there based on volume and labor. Free estimates, every time.
