Basement cleanouts are priced by truck-load — the volume of stuff going out the door. We do a quick walkthrough first (in person or by photo) and give you a flat quote that won't change on the day.
We beat the franchises on price, and we care a heck of a lot more about the work. Our minimum is $199 (a small pile of stuff or a single couch) and the price scales from there based on volume and labor. Free estimates, every time.
